Unlike many manufacturing companies in the U.S. and overseas, we at MGM Manufacturing take tremendous pride in offering prototype and lower volume components manufacturing services to all of our customers. We have CNC equipment purely designated for lower volume and short-run components that our customers need urgently for R&D testing or spares needed urgently because their equipment or systems are down. Where your existing vendors may not wish to bid on or produce lower volume parts that may range 1 to 10 pieces or just many prototypes that are less than a handful in quantity, MGM will likely say YES and support your needs for components!
Whether it’s sheet metal fabricated brackets, a swaged tube,springs, larger sized CNC milled panels or even small micro-machined pins… we can MGM Manufacturing will support your one-off parts and all other lower volume parts requirements every time. Exotic alloy parts from Titanium, Inconel, Beryllium Copper or hard steel components are NO exception to the rule, we will gladly welcome RFQs for those types of short-run lower volume parts as well. Do you have lower volume screw machine or micro-parts that your existing vendors do not wish to bid on? Give us at MGM a chance to support those very small parts needs!
Many of our customers hail from the aviation industry, oil and gas industry or just have old and out dated machinery with lower volume obsolete parts which we manufacture for them with great ease. Likewise we have many clients who are OEM manufacturers themselves who do not have the time or equipment to produce certain machined or fabricated for R&D projects, this is where MGM will support them with short-run prototypes regularly. Due to our competitive pricing, we are also able to help save money for many of customers in their costs to produce prototypes and R&D parts.
If need be, the MGM Manufacturing team can also work night shifts, weekend shifts and even holiday shifts to meet your lower volume or prototype parts requirements. And yes, we will still welcome prototype and lower volume parts at the same time you may have production volume parts projects for us.
